2. How will my order be shipped? How long does it take to receive my order?

Because of time difference, we will ship you your items on the 2nd day after your payment. And then you can see the tracking No. on our website. If you can’t see the tracking No. in your member area, please email us or leave a message in website, we will e mail you the tracking number. Usually, your package can be tracked 3 days after being sent out. It takes about 3 -10 business days to deliver the package to your door. 

3. What can I do when the address details are different from the shipping address details?

On that condition, you need to remark the shipping address details in the PAY-pal’s remark column when paying.

4. Do you ship to places other than USA and Europe?

Yes. We ship worldwide.

5. Are all items on web available?

Most of the items are available in stock. If any product is out of stock we will let you know first and then you decide to wait or to change the item.

6. Can you reserve my order when I can’t pay for it currently?

Yes, of course, the only thing you need to do is to confirm it with us and we will keep them for you for one week. However, if we do not receive your payment after one week, we will not hold it.
